Can I return my purchase?

All orders made through ReserveBar.com are final sale


What if I received a wrong product, damaged, or spoiled product(s)?


In the event that a wrong product has been delivered, a damaged occurred (including broken or leaking products), or the product is spoiled, our Customer Experience Team will work with you to coordinate a return for the item and have the correct or replacement product delivered on behalf of our retailer fulfillment partner. Damaged or spoiled products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Our retail fulfillment partners cannot accept returns for incorrect, damaged, or spoiled products that have been opened or consumed. 

Our Customer Experience Team will require a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and the outer packaging to facilitate this request on behalf of the retail fulfillment partner. In some cases, products that are limited in availability may not be replaced if we cannot source the inventory. In these rare cases, we would issue a refund or substitute (equal or greater value) for a different product based on the discretion of the customer. What if I am missing a product from my order?


Please note that orders can be shipped in multiple packages especially if your order is being fulfilled by multiple retail partners. In the event that one or more items appears to be missing from your order, there may be additional shipments that are currently en route to you.

What about a Manufacturer's Box issue? 


Due to the nature of the distribution of beverage alcohol, our retail fulfillment partners in select geographies may not have received select products with the manufacturer’s box from their wholesale distributor. Our customer support team will make every effort to locate a box upon request but is not guaranteed.  

Please note that some states do not allow returns for alcohol purchases.


If my refund is approved, what happens next?


In the event your order meets the criteria for a refund, you should expect to see funds returned to your account within 3-5 business days. The exact timing is dependent upon your financial institution. 

Shipping or delivery fees are ineligible for a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Orders refused or returned to sender
    • Applicable return-to-sender fees will be applied:
      • Returned-to-Sender Fee (if applicable) - the fee amount will based on the original shipping fee per retailer fulfillment partner on your order. 
  • Missed deliveries (within the delivery window)
